Jay now teaches at Willow Bend Martial Arts in Plano, located on the 2nd floor of The Shops of Willow Bend next to Macy’s.
He teaches
- Muay Thai Kickboxing Fitness – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11:30am
- Muay Thai – Monday through Thursday at 8pm, Friday at 6pm, and Saturday at noon
