Update – Schedule for the Holiday Week and Week After

We didn’t want to leave you hanging this week with Jay out.  We’ve made arrangements to have instructors at many of the classes before the holiday, including Mon and Wed at 7pm.  Plus there will be an Open Gym for you to work out on your own on the bags when they’re not there.   An updated schedule follows for the next two weeks.

  • Mon May 18 to Thur May 21 – open gym or substitute instructors
  • Fri May 22  to Mon May 25 – Memorial Day weekend, no classes
  • Tue May 26 to Thur May 28 – regular classes
  • Fri May 29 and Sat May 30 – no classes due to tournament
  • Mon Jun 1 – full schedule resumes

Schedule for the Holiday Week and Week After

Jay’s Kickboxing has a busy two weeks (at least for Jay) with vacation, holiday, and a tournament.

Here is a quick summary so you synchronize schedules and plan instead to hit the gym, your bike, or a  trail instead of a bag or partner at the studio.

  • Today – last class for a week and an half
  • Saturday through the Memorial Day holiday – no classes
  • Tue May 26 to Thur May 28 – regular classes
  • Fri May 29 and Sat May 30 – no classes
  • Mon Jun 1 – full schedule resumes

Be sure to keep up your cardio and intensity so you’re ready for classes after the holiday!
