Holiday schedule

There will be no class Friday or Saturday due to the holiday.  Jay’s Kickboxing wishes you a terrific July 4th holiday weekend.  If you’re been regularly training, we remind you to continue to work out at a high rate for at least a day, if not two, to maintain your level of fitness.  This is a great time for cross-training with one or more activities like running, weights, biking, yoga, and swimming.
